The Government of Spain invests 2.6 million euros Ceutí through State Funds, 2009 and 2010
The government delegate in Murcia, Rafael González Tovar, and the Mayor of Ceuta, Manuel González, inaugurated this morning the new development access to the Avenue Ceutí Lorqui, charged to the Local Investment Fund, 2009.
This action has had a cost of 355,124 euros and has created 34 direct jobs.
The works, which represent a significant improvement in road safety in the area have included the implementation of a roundabout access to the municipality by the aforementioned Avenue and implementation of a green attached.
Tovar Gonzalez recalled that the city of Ceuta submitted a total of 8 projects to the State Fund of 2009 for an amount of 1,625,637 euros, of which already have one hundred percent funded, seven of them.
The projects have finally created 114 jobs, 51 start-ups and 63 of persons within enterprises.
Moreover, the government delegate reported that the new State Fund for Employment and Local Sustainability to be invested in 2010, will involve a further economic boost for the city of 1,055,020 euros.

"In just two years, municipalities in the Region of Murcia will receive from the Government of Spain over 400 million euros to boost the economy, create jobs and improve our towns and cities in a time of economic difficulty in which government public should be an example of effective management, "said González Tovar.
The municipalities of the Region had a total of 729 projects to the new Fund, which have been authorized by the Government of Spain, 704, ie 97 per cent.
