The Director General Pension IMAS, John Brown, attended today's opening of a cycle of courses for caregivers of dependent people in the Cultural Center, opening in which was attended by the Mayor, Manuel Gonzalez and the Councillor for Education, Maria Moya .
The Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Immigration through the IMAS and in collaboration with the City of Ceuta organized a total of three free courses aimed at caregivers of dependent people.
In the town of Ceuta, caregivers are usually family members who devote much effort to support the tasks of daily living.
However, they also need support and training courses so they provide tools and knowledge to daily work more bearable and do not involve personal wear.
