Ceuta is the first municipality to establish a cooperation agreement with the SPEE

It opens a new Office of the INSS
Under the collaboration agreement signed between the INSS and the city of Ceuta, from a few days will start on a new municipal INSS office, staffed with local personnel, which will have the resources Suitable materials for the administrative management of this area.

González Tovar noted that the new office of the INSS "aims to ensure that citizens living in the city have greater access to services offered by the INSS in their own municipal buildings, avoiding the commute to the Provincial Directorate."

"Informative talks will be organized on various topics related to social protection, addressed to both city employees as a benefit recipients and the general population," he explained.
The enforcement of these commitments will be undertaken by a monitoring committee comprising two representatives of the INSS and the city of Ceuta.
Finally, Gonzalez Tovar explained that, to date, and Ceuta, other municipalities in the Region of Murcia have signed this agreement: The Union, Bullas, Moratalla, San Javier, Beniel, Los Alcazares, Eagles and they have signed Abarán this agreement and who either already underway or are completing their operation.
First agreement between City Hall and the SPEE
The Government delegate explained that since the SPEE (Public Employment Service) has been sent to all mayors in the region the possibility of a collaboration agreement to manage certain procedures related to unemployment benefits.

The procedures that can be made from the City will be the acceptance of filing, documents or certificates, the sick leave for temporary disability, receipt of direct debits, etc.
