The Department of Equality has installed a sign with bluetooth device to report on gender-based violence through the close connection of the mobile phones of neighbors who come to the town hall
The device emits the help guide in Spanish, English, French and Arabic, and it is reported how to deal with a case of abuse, ways to prevent the documents that are required to report it and a list of phones to be made, addition to allowing relaying information to other phones.
For a month and a half, the device will rotate through the rest of the public buildings of Ceuta, including the Institute of Secondary Education in the locality.
Equality Agency, located in the Centro Cultural de Ceuta since December 2008, is conducting information campaigns on the Equality Act, which spreads transverse to the neighborhood calls for sporting, cultural and business, and works closely with Care Centers Victims of Violence (CAVI) in the region of Murcia.
