By Concilia program, aimed at those parents who, for work of both spouses need to leave their children before school, qualified instructors spread over the four primary schools welcome children from 7.45 am in the same school where they are registered.

Moreover, the Educational Reinforcement Program allows elementary students aged between 6 and 11 years of support to attend classes at the Cultural Center daily, afternoon, and free of charge.

The students, nominated by their respective guardians of Primary schools in Ceuta, will be attended by professionals from the branches of teaching, pedagogy and psychology.
