Contemporary Art Center 'La Conservera' houses every Saturday from tomorrow until August 15 workshops for children aged between 6 and 10, in which cultivate awareness of contemporary art through the works of artists set out in the middle.
Each of the workshops will deal with some of the exhibits, so the child can understand the meaning of it or the concerns of the author, based on the approach to contemporary art.
Thus, in the work of Björn Dahlem, children can enter the knowledge of the universe and create disposable materials, giving a new use and encouraging a favorable attitude toward recycling as the artist shows his work.
Loris Gréaud raises an allusion to the time, relying on the same space, past, present and future.
This temporary situation is that which serves as the basis for the work, in which participants will try to develop their imagination by combining the three stages.
For his part, Banks Violette is inspired by the world of urban music, film and entertainment, as well as the use of images located in a specific context for their creations.
The theme reflected in his works will be used to enable participants to penetrate the music and entertainment.
Finally, the work of Spanish artist Manu Arregui shows an allegorical world through technology and sculpture.
By accessing the space creates a tension between the real and virtual, tangible and intangible.
This controversy will be reflected in the activities undertaken by this author, which will encourage the creation in three dimensions.
The workshops will be held every Saturday until August 15 from 11:00 to 21:30.
Interested persons should complete a form at the reception center or call 868923132.
