The Election Committee of La Vega del Segura, Union, Progress and Democracy (UPyD), directed letters of complaint to the Ministry of Agriculture and Water, the City of Ceuta and the Segura basin in relation to discharges to made the river Segura, from the industrial estate in Los Torrao Ceutí, since its inauguration.
In those letters, training leading to nationally Rosa Díez, accompanied by photographs showing the defendant and in turn makes it known that water samples taken in the area of discharges that have been sent to a lab for analysis, the results be circulated to the agencies and authorities to take appropriate measures and refine the responsibilities that location.
UPyD regrets that this situation is maintained from the opening of the Circle of The Torrao in Ceuta, and that no works have addressed the infrastructure necessary for industrial waste is not discharged directly to the river through a watercourse without pass through to its purification and treatment.
