In the city of Ceuta today opened the "single window" to the locals, a system that the administration closer to citizens by opening channels with the public authorities to expedite the processing of applications and communications without having to travel to other locations.
Councillor for Finance, Worship Ayala, the "single window" allows the citizen to do all his efforts with the government without having to travel back and forth, from desk to desk, or move to Murcia and other towns to request documents , permits and necessary forms.
Ayala also stressed the functionality provided by the window for economic and professional interests of the neighbors and gave the example of their effectiveness for dealing with the creation of a company or opening a business, for which data are sufficient for the corresponding business council, which shall forward the request to other agencies such as Finance or Social Security.
For the City, he said, involves more administrative records intercommunication between the three governments, the exchange of information, simplification and integration of administrative requirements and procedures and use of common criteria.
