The municipality of Ceuta and smells of Christmas and why the Department of Culture, Education and Celebrations contests have called their cribs, births and facades.
"We want to color our city at this time, with competitions that also involve our neighbors this holiday season," says the mayor, Juan Felipe Cano.

The facades will be exhibited from December 21 until January 6, to be reviewed by a jury composed of one representative of each participating facade valued above all, originality, lighting and atmosphere of the facades.
The first prize will be a lot of sausages, the second a shoulder and another carrying a bottle of wine and cheese.
The jury's decision is final and the result will be announced on January 5 (19 hours) at the Plaza José Virgili.
Cribs and births
On the other hand, the contest of cribs and births will be local and assessment shall comply with the criteria assembly, decoration, lighting and dimensions.
"Landscape scenery will also be assessed, and traditional and typical scenes, as well as creativity and originality of the assembly," said Cano.
Interested parties wishing to participate must first complete the registration form and submit it to the Municipal Library of Ceuta / Reading Center Los Torrao, from November 20 to December 18.
