On Thursday September 24th ordinary plenary session is held in the City of Ceuta and one of the points of the day presents the appointment of Rebeca Martinez as new councilor of the consistory.

Attached to the popular group led by the mayor, Juan Felipe Cano, the new mayor replaced in his office in the Municipal Corporation Mariela Lopez, who has given up his act of councilman.

"We welcome Rebecca to the Corporation and are confident that their work will be 100% committed to the benefit of all the inhabitants of Ceuta," says the mayor, who anticipates that Martinez nurse by profession will be assigned to it the Health and Youth competitions.
