The City of Ceuta held last Tuesday, 2 and Wednesday 3 June, the free workshop "Learn to make cheese," which featured a total of eight hours of training in the afternoon.
Taught in Kindergarten "Luis Vives" municipal by professional firms "cheese Palancares" based in Bullas-, participants in this initiative could learn the appropriate steps to make their own homemade cheese.
This workshop, organized by the "Association for the Integral Development of Women in Rural Water and Earth" had financing LEADER funds through the Association for Integrated Rural Development (ADRI) in the municipalities of Vega Segura.
"It was a really fun experience, where students could learn the traditional activities of our land to value all the knowledge of our region," said Councilwoman Acting Social Policy, Women and Immigration Equality, Pura Hernandez, who also attended the course.
