The company "Transportes Sword" continues its consolidation in the industrial "The Torraos" of Ceuta.
In this line of business has just signed with the local council a purchase of municipal land that contribute to the coffers ceutienses almost 203,000 euros.
There are two plots: one undeveloped of 17,989 m2, with a cost of about 131,000 euros plus the corresponding development costs by the company;
and over 1,400 m2 urbanized, which has meant 72,000 euros.
These lands are in addition to which the company already had in this industrial environment, amounting to 1,740 m2.
The firm, which employs about 150 people and is engaged in national and international transport, storage, warehousing and distribution, focused his activity in early 2015 in the industrial area of ​​Ceuta.
Before the alternated with headquarters he had in Molina de Segura and Archena, but dropped to group ceutiense facilities in this industrial area.
A 2015 for which "Transportes Sword" has a total investment of 3 million euros, which includes the acquisition of 25 refrigerated trailers and 25 other tractor truck.

"We are very pleased that 'Transport Sword' has centralized its facilities and established its headquarters in Ceuta because we need signatures of this magnitude strengthen the business fabric of our town," says the Mayor of Ceuta in functions, Juan Felipe Cano, noting that "in addition to the jobs that houses the town its activity also results in the payment of municipal taxes, such as municipal property, mechanical traction or economic activities."
With an experience of its founders more than 20 years in the industry, with clients from sectors such as food, technology or pharmaceuticals, and routes throughout Europe, "Transport Sword" has a fleet of 160 trucks (including own vehicles and dedicated exclusively) carriers, a number which is intended to double in the next two years and its turnover in 2014 has come to 24 million euros.
Among the plans of the company hiring 25 new employees in the short term appears to expand in the future that number when the logistics center is fully operational up to a total of 300 direct and indirect jobs.
