The City of Ceuta flatly denies that today, Thursday, May 21, exists in the Court of Instruction No. 3 of Molina de Segura any judicial proceeding recently opened against the mayor, Juan Felipe Cano, for alleged administrative malfeasance.
Despite the statement released by the PSOE of Ceuta and unprofessionally collected by various regional media without contrast the news with municipal sources, this court has personally confirmed to Cano -in their right to information collected by Article 118 of the Prosecution criminal-law that today has no more open processes that preliminary investigations already known for months with the file number 261/2015 (case "Bending of the Rambla de Huete").
In addition, the City of Ceuta advises that if there is no correction by the diffusing false information these entities will immediately initiate appropriate legal action.
