The Minister of Development, Public Works and Planning, Francisco Barnabas, today held a meeting with the Mayor of Ceuta, Juan Felipe Cano, where it was agreed to the General Urban Plan (Plan) of the town and improving communications and road safety in Ceuta, through an organization of traffic with different roundabouts and traffic lights at crossings access to the town.
