The City of Ceuta has received from the Ministry of Agriculture, through the Local Action Group ADRI Vega del Segura, a grant from the LEADER program to teach a course on "New business opportunities in the agricultural sector."
The amount of the grant is 1,750 Euros will be allocated to faculty hiring, procurement, and organization and coordination of this training proposal to be executed before May 30, 2015.
"The agricultural sector is expanding and about him have appeared new needs," says local Councillor for Tourism, Dori Ayala, who notes that "exports, services and R & D are the areas that offer more opportunities."
Also a tourism project
Furthermore, the City of Ceuta has gotten a grant at European level to develop the project IBRAVE within the ERASMUS + program whose main objective is to work together with partners from the UK, Sweden, Denmark, Croatia, Romania and Belgium to improve the image of the territories in order to increase the capacity of tourist attraction of them.
For its development we will work on two levels: at the international level with the other partners, and locally with the students of IES training cycles "Felipe de Borbón" of Ceuta and businesses in the area.
"The City Council is the lead partner of the project, which shall coordinate all work during the two years of the same," said Ayala.
