The City of Ceuta has launched an information campaign to remember to be in the town extreme measures to avoid being abandoned or mistreated pets, and to ensure the proper behavior of the owners with their pets.
"Remember that it is punishable with fine abandon pets and their abuse, and possession of unregistered dogs or unidentified, restrained take no belt and no muzzle wear those considered dangerous," explains Councillor ceutiense Health, Francisco José Vidal.
The ordinance on the protection and ownership of pets in the City of Ceuta also notes that the keeper of an animal shall take the necessary measures to prevent soiling of roads and public spaces and in the event that occur in the stool via public, persons who drive the animal are required to pick the place where they deposit them.
This new campaign will also be inserted in the municipal accounts of social networking "Facebook" and "Twitter" - seeks to remind the keepers of their obligation to comply with the rules on pet ownership included in the ordinance, among which is the obligation of the owners of the rabies vaccination of your pets.
"We want to prevent violations which take you to the corresponding fine sanction occurring" said Vidal, who hopes "the collaboration of all the neighbors."
