The Club of Pensioners and Retired Persons of Ceuta and has defined their activities for the month of November, organized in collaboration with the local Department of Social Services.

So Monday is offering a workshop "Introduction to Dance" (from 17-19 hours), while Tuesday's offer is more varied: the workshop "Less pain, more life" (10 to 12 hours), a ' Memory Workshop "(17 to 18 hours) and a" Crafts "(from 17-19 hours).

Wednesdays are also the three workshops offered by the center: "Presentation tools: Level II" (10 to 12 hours), "The network, our day to day" (12 to 14 hours) and "theater" (from 18 to 20 hours).
