Ecija Thomas says he is proud for having been responsible for the announcement of parties whose honor, he says, will now share with artists, popular and prestigious and ceutienses ones that have the same function, but also considers the distinction as recognition of gastronomy Ceuta.
The dishes prepared at the restaurant saved, indeed, an intimate relationship with the traditional cuisine of the region and specifically with indigenous culinary arts passed down from parents to children and blatantly expressed in the tables because of traditional ceutienses popular appeals as indicated.
The roast potatoes, lamb heads, semolina and wheat stew are some of the specialties Ecija recovered and adapted to his own hand, election, underscores, is motivated to adapt to them to turn the neighbors when you call for your family and friends to sit at their tables and, in good weather, in the street.
The preacher of 2013, which is technically superior in Hospitality and Tourism from the School of the Casa de Campo in Madrid, and first in his class, is common in regional television programs where it shows your skills, and teaches cooking classes in the Tourism Qualification Center Murcia.
