The IU-Greens councilor in the city of Ceuta, Mariano Cano, has claimed that he has twice found open letters to his name from the Ombudsman.
Cano explained that the first time he found in his locker was an open letter last year, which informed the municipal corporation, while calling for an investigation into the matter has not been carried out.
The second time you open your mail was found last week, and this has led to present a plea in which accuses the government team the "breach" of its responsibilities.
In this text, the mayor asked the House to inform the members of the municipal government on this "serious incident" and says it reserves the right to lodge a complaint.
In addition, the author addresses in these terms: "no character, although this is received, the education their parents deserve. Pity the money they invested their parents and the state in their training to get to have a public representative does not deserve nor the people of Ceuta and I am sure his family "
Cano has drawn attention to the two open letters came from the Ombudsman and, in this regard, he recalled that IU-Greens had complained to this institution, now defunct, the behavior of the government team with members of the opposition.
He highlighted that the government team did not respond to requests that the Ombudsman has demanded.
With the disappearance of this regional institution, the complaint has passed the national ombudsman, who will continue asking the City Council about the complaint filed by IU-Greens.
