The mayor of Ceuta, Juan Felipe Cano, today summoned the union representatives to brief them on the settings you plan to carry out the council to achieve a balanced budget, which will involve the outsourcing of various services deficit, but the maintenance of jobs work and the rights of affected workers, labor and civil servants.
At the meeting, attended by representatives of opposition political groups, PSOE and IU, who were invited by the mayor, he outlined the progress of the liquidation of the year 2011 in these services: child care, cultural center, sports center , heated pool and nursing home, with a total deficit of almost one million euros.
The mayor explained that the city is developing the appropriate procurement specifications to grant the use of these services, but warned that they will maintain municipal property in the event that the successful tenderers for any reason to renounce the contract, the council would to absorb municipal workers and the services themselves.
