Mariano Cano UI repeated as a candidate for mayor of Ceuta in the municipal elections of 2011, after his candidacy has been endorsed by 90 percent of those attending the town meeting this political.
Cano, who claim to have "very excited to continue working for the municipality, has focused its aspirations to improve the local economy and bring" democracy and politics "to citizenship for it to increase its participation in local affairs.
He assured that the crisis is hitting hardest at Ceuta, and one of the main problems of city hall is that the difference between expenditure and income is around two million euros per year, which makes increasing municipal debt.
Mariano Cano was born in Valencia in 1970, but from four years living in Ceuta, is computer engineer and Councillor IU-LV, and earlier this term served as mayor of the town for five months.
