The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia, in collaboration with the Local Police of Ceutí, has developed an anti-drug operation called 'CHIRIKI', which has culminated in the arrest of a couple of young people in Ceutí and the dismantling of an active point of sale of narcotic substances.
The operation began last September when, thanks to the fluid collaboration between the Benemérita and the Local Police in Ceutí, there was an increase in drug trafficking in the municipality of Ceuta.
The first phase of the operation, aimed at identifying the origin of the criminal activity investigated, allowed to verify drug trafficking in a remarkable way, as well as locate the property from where it was forged and identify the persons allegedly responsible.
The investigation brought the agents to a building in the urban area of ​​Ceutí where most of their homes were in an embargo situation and at least one of them was used as the habitual residence of the now arrested couple.
The houses are currently in a process of judicial adjudication in favor of a bank and there is a judicial embargo on the company that led to the abandonment of most of the houses, this being exploited by the investigated to occupy and dispose of they have not so far claimed no owner of their eviction.
Once obtained all the necessary indications and prior judicial authorization, the agents have entered and registered both the address of the suspects and the other houses that are presumed to have used.
The record has culminated in the arrest of half a thousand doses of cocaine, 20 grams of marijuana, 1,500 euros and other effects related to drug trafficking, proceeding to arrest both as alleged perpetrators of drug trafficking.
Sale of 300 doses of cocaine per day
The investigation shows that those arrested now used the embargoed building to store and sell narcotic substances, mainly cocaine.
It has been shown that they could sell around 300 doses per day.
The detainees, a man and a woman, aged 24 and 25, Spaniards and neighbors of Ceutí, the drug seized, the objects seized and the investigations were made available to the Court of Instruction of Molina de Segura.
