This morning have been inaugurated the facilities that the City of Ceuta has given to the Red Cross and housing all logistical and effects required to install temporary shelters with a capacity for up to 1,000 in places where there has been an emergency material, the target it is mobilized quickly and halve the response time in case of a catastrophe.
