| The owner of the Ceutí farm, where the marijuana plantation was located, has been investigated for the crime of cultivating or producing drugs | Agents have seized nearly fifty large marijuana plants The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia and the Local Police of Ceutí have jointly developed an anti-drug operation that has resulted in the dismantling of a marijuana plantation on a farm in the municipality of Ceutí. After the operation, the agents have investigated the owner of the farm, who has been instructed as the alleged perpetrator of a crime against public health, for growing or making drugs. At the end of last August, civil guards from the Main Post of Molina de Segura and local police from Ceutí coordinated to open an investigation when they had indications of the commission of criminal acts related to the illicit cultivation of marijuana in Ceutí. The first steps of the operation were aimed at verifying the facts and locating, where appropriate, the place where the criminal activity under investigation was taking place. The investigations were successful shortly thereafter, when agents located a farm on the outskirts of the municipality of Ceutí, in which a large number of cannabis plants were allegedly grown illegally, an arduous task since the plantation was hidden among diverse vegetation and covered with tarps. The agents continued with the investigation in order to find out the identity of the person who was behind the illicit cultivation of marijuana, which resulted shortly after with the identification of a Ceutí neighbor as the alleged perpetrator of the events. Once all the necessary indications have been obtained, the Civil Guard and the Local Police of Ceutí have developed a search device on the suspect that has culminated, in recent days, with his location and investigation, which has been instructed as alleged perpetrator of crime against public health, by cultivation or manufacture of drugs. At the Ceutí farm, researchers have seized about 50 marijuana plants in an advanced state of growth and tools used for their cultivation. The person under investigation, the drug seized, the effects seized and the proceedings brought have been made available to the Investigating Court of Molina de Segura (Murcia).
