The Ministry of Public Works and Infrastructures is carrying out conservation work of the well-known crossing of Ceutí (regional road RM-533) with the aim of reinforcing road safety thanks to an improvement in visibility.
The general director of Roads, Francisco González Manzanera, accompanied by the acting mayor of Ceutí, Juan Felipe Cano, supervised today the works that are being developed on the road and consist of the cleaning and concreting of the interior of the three existing roundabouts, which are located at kilometer points 5.3, 6 and 6.5 of the RM-533 highway.
There will also be punctual reinforcements in the junctions with these roundabouts.
This work is part of the annual conservation plan of the road network of the Region of Murcia that is developed to keep the roads in an acceptable state, and has a budget of more than 48,000 euros.
