The Works and Services Plan (POS) 2015 City of Ceuta serve to complete the remodeling of the Park of the Constitution of the municipality, a central public space with about 8,400 m2 and more than 20 years old.

The POS 2015 has planned various actions, such as the redevelopment of this area and pavement of the central streets of the park.

These actions will also be working on improving the rainwater network environment and will proceed to the adequacy of flower beds and surrounding streets, and the concrete slope to prevent the emergence of weeds and crawls with showers.
In addition, it will solve a problem for the maintenance and cleaning of the park, as there is currently no vehicle access to facilitate these tasks.
