Ferran Adria rewards a recipe of Pedro Garcia-Ordás (19/11/2012)

Pedro Garcia is the author of the blog Ordás Eggs with lace, a place to share recipes and discuss his personal vision of current dining scene.

This blog is where he first published the recipe of chicken marinated in vinegar and honey contest winner "family recipes."

Philosopher, journalist and stoves, currently runs the teahouse Whisper Water in Ceuta.

Of these five, one has been proclaimed as the winner of the competition, being awarded the main course of chicken breast marinated in vinegar and honey, sent by the author of Eggs with lace.

Winners will enjoy:

- A Day at El Bulli Taller (opening scheduled for early 2013) with Ferran Adrià.

- A dinner for two in the restaurant SHARE in Cadaqués and two nights in one of their apartments.

The finalist recipes will be published in a special edition will be offered with food family and the upcoming holiday season in December and following headers of collaborating journals (Reading, Clara and Easy Cooking)

Also receive a book from the special edition of The Family Food signed and dedicated by Ferran Adria and the jury.
