A talk and a recital of poems by the author are part of the program that the city of Ceuta Miguel Hernández celebrates the centenary of his birth, a program that begins in the auditorium of this place tomorrow at 20.00 hours.
Relatives of the poet, including his daughter Lucia Izquierdo, who will speak at the symposium, have confirmed their attendance at the Department of Culture Hall, organizer of the tribute.
The program, which will continue over the coming months, starting with reading and commenting on the poet's biography Orihuela, as well as a recital of some of their most significant poems by Joan Pamies López and Ignacio Gonzalez Lopez, Secondary School Teachers , researchers, broadcasters and advocates for several decades of life and work of Miguel Hernández.
During this first day of homage to the poet, the story of the poet's life and work will be accompanied by the projection of images on his personal and professional.
